Ernie Grigg has spent two decades uniting leadership and grassroots activism to drive meaningful change. As a messaging strategist and speechwriter, he has counseled some of the world’s most influential politicians, CEOs, and heads of state.
At the Campaign for Our Shared Future, he helped build a national voice at the intersection of politics and education in a highly charged environment. He previously led The Carolina Agency, expanding the firm into a national operation and significantly increasing its scale and impact. He has political campaign experience at every level and has played key roles in major advocacy efforts, advising organizations including the Democratic National Committee, the United Nations, and several leading corporations.
Grigg holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and New York University and has taught strategic communication at NYU and the University of South Carolina, where his students earned national recognition and industry awards.
