Jaime Harrison

Jaime Harrison is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in politics, government, strategic communications, and organizational management. As Chair of the Democratic National Committee, he helped reshape public discourse and rebuild party infrastructure while navigating complex global and national challenges. He led efforts that raised nearly $1 billion, expanded voter engagement in all 50 states, and strengthened the party’s digital capabilities. His tenure included a historically strong midterm performance and management of an historic presidential nominee transition during a pivotal election cycle.

Previously, Harrison set a Senate fundraising record in South Carolina and served in senior roles within the DNC and U.S. House leadership. He also worked in the private and nonprofit sectors, advising major industries and expanding college access for underserved students. A South Carolina native, he holds degrees from Yale University and Georgetown University and lives in Columbia with his family.
